The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe basic principles of the construction project resource planning. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of project management, further describes principles of cost, source and time planning. The important part is the practical part, which deals with the application of the clarified procedures and methods to a specific construction project.

Thesis explains particular principles and procedures which are connected with human resource planning and necessary cost for realization of project without problems. The proposed building is thus a apartment building with garages, which will be located in the village of Novosedly, in South Moravia, on two plots no. 5420/83 and 5420/84. The terrain on which the object is in a slight slope. The building of the block of flats is made of brick blocks, for the above-ground part and in the underground part it is lined with lost formwork. The roof structure of the building is arched from wooden beams.

This diploma thesis focuses on construction technology preparation of shopping center in Prague 9, Vysočany. The aim of this work was to choose an appropriate construction process. The thesis contains general information about construction with construction technology project, its financial and time consuming, facilities for construction and traffic situation in the surroundings of the construction, design of main machinery and mechanisms, technological regulation with control and test plan. The diploma thesis is focused on piles realization.

The new building hall of production

Master´s thesis deals with the project documentation of the design of the new building hall of production. This hall is situated in Slapy at Tábor. Design and appendix´s were made by the present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is placed in ground plot number 104/12, the land cadastre of Slapy at Tábor. The building object is designated for factory and storage area. Next to the building plot carry underground services. In the building object is factory hall and cloakroom for 2-4 employes. Director´s flat is in first floor. Building has two floors and floor plan 12,5 x 30,5 m on final grade. The carrying systém is from hollow building brick. The building has gable roof. Specialization is processed on „heating the building“ witch forms separate annex of Master´s thesis.

The building object is designated for family houses area. Next to the building plot carry underground services. In the building object is owner occupancy and solicitor's office for 2-4 employes. Owner´s flat is in first and second floor. Building has three floors and floor plan 16,16 x 11,66 m on final grade. The carrying systém is from hollow building brick. The building has gable roof.
